I will pair Chef Buck’s flavorful and vegan Chole Palak and Paratha from Manjula’s Kitchen with the chicken. Indian recipes can be intimidating because some Indian spices can be difficult to obtain from most grocers and many dishes call for a LOT of spices. I love these recipes because they are simple to make and the spices are fairly easy to obtain. Here’s a video of me making both dishes from a few weeks ago.
